Cargill’s shared service center in Bulgaria recognized for third year running 

On May 17, 2019 during the first Southeast European Innovation, Technology and Sourcing Summit and Awards, Cargill received recognition for the achievements of its Business Services Center in Sofia. To win this award, hosted by the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association, together with BASSCOM (the industry association of leading Bulgarian software development companies), Cargill successfully defended its title of Shared Service Centre of the Year for the third year running. It is once again a recognition of this shared services center’s ability to deliver business value to its clients, implementing industry best practices and contributing to the sustainable growth of the sector in the country.

Cargill Business Services employs over 1100 professionals in its Sofia business center. They manage Cargill's international business processes and offer a broad portfolio of high quality, value-added services to the company's businesses in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Services are in the fields of finance, transport and logistics, strategic procurement and supply, as well as human resources management, and are available in more than 15 foreign languages.
